Exchange and return policy


Replacement policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product submitted to him by the store within the three days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the three days.


2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears to pay the value of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In international exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivery of the


The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:


1- If a defect appears in the product due to poor consumer possession.


2- In case of replacement in advance.


Return policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product submitted to him from the store within the day after the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the period has passed


2- To return the product, the product must be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.


3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process. In the case of international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or error, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:


1 - If a defect in the product appears due to poor consumer possession.


2- In case of replacement in advance.
